I've had Type I diabetes for approximately 30 years. Through the years, I've gathered information on research, exercise, and nutrition. I would like to share what I have learned as well as my life experiences. I hope in doing this, and hearing stories from other diabetics, people in this group will feel supported and receive useful information to help them manage their diabetes.

Makin Tracks is a good reason to get together with other animal enthusiasts, and get active and educated at the same time.
